National Lambrusco Day
Wine 101: National Lambrusco Day
Sorry, you’ll have to wait for another day for National Lambrusco Day! To be rescheduled. Please check here for another and we look forward to seeing you soon!
Lambrusco is a much-maligned wine, today’s the day to try one of the many variations that this refreshing Italian offers. Lambrusco got a bad rap in the ’70s and ’80s when this wine was considered just above industrial plonk.
Times have changed and there’s been a resurgence of authentic Lambrusco made in the traditional secco frizzante style. Grown around Parma, Modena, Reggio, Bologna, Cremona, and Mantova, Lambrusco is the ultimate pairing for a platter of Prosciutto di Parma and Reggiano Parmesan.
Join us for a fun evening of everything Lambrusco and you will come away with a greater appreciation of this refreshing and vibrant wine!
