Wine 101: Pinots for Vinos
So ya say there’s no good Pinot Noirs under $15? Well, in this class we are going to introduce you to 3 wines that will disprove this statement. Pinot Noir has always been a been to winemakers a difficult grape both to grow and also to vinify. Its thin skin makes it vulnerable to the sun’s strong rays in that it can easily burn and it does not travel well as it needs particular soils and a cool to moderate climate to thrive. That is why this grape varietal can cost upwards of $26,000 for a single bottle of DRC Romanee Conti.
Fear not, we have found three bottles that won’t break the bank and will after this class become your favorite go-to red wine. As with all our classes of late early registration is a must if you want to be let in on some of the best wine bargains around…
