Wine 101:  Spring Wing Thing!

Chicken wings have been traditionally served with beer, however, what if you’re like me and you are in the mood for a glass of vino? This might be considered the ultimate challenge for a food and wine pairing for most sommeliers, but not for us… Tim O’Hare will taste 3 styles of wings and pair them successfully with 3 wines. Fellas, check your egos at the door because this class will make you a believer that beer is dear, but wine is fine with wings that sing!

This Wine 101 class will be held at the School Wednesday March 22nd, 2023  6:30 – 8:00 PM 

The Charm City Wine School is now offering Wine 101 Classes that spans the vino globe. These fun & informative classes feature 3 to 4 wines featuring New World and Old-World Wines. Classes are $30 per person and you will enjoy & experience wines from the most important wine regions.  Each class is 1½ hour in duration and light hors d’oeuvres are served along with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to get things started.
