Four traditional Thanksgiving wines will be paired with flavored popcorn to simulate the tapestry of food, colors, and flavors on your Thanksgiving table. This fun and interactive program will help you identify the cause-and-effect relationship between wine and food. Participants will employ an open mind, think about their expectations, and learn to trust their palate. By the end of the evening, you will be able to select the perfect wine to accompany your Thanksgiving dinner at home or even for future restaurant experiences.

The Charm City Wine School is now offering Wine 101 Classes that spans the vino globe. These fun & informative classes feature 3 to 4 wines featuring New World and Old-World Wines. Classes are $35 per person and you will enjoy & experience wines from the most important wine regions. Each class is 1½ hour in duration and light hors d’oeuvres are served along with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to get things started.
