Wine 101:  Fab Four Whites

Take it from us: There is a white wine that pairs perfectly with every course of your meal, from appetizer to dessert. White wine is incredibly food-friendly, and there are many other reasons to learn about the category. We will explore dry white wines, sweet wine, and challenge your preconceived notions about Chardonnay (also known as white Burgundy), we will find you an affordable bottle of Pinot Gris, and go deeper into the many facets of Riesling (dry, off-dry, or sweet).

Our class will deliver a fun presentation on popular white wines like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Pinot Grigio/Gris. We will also give you recommendations, pairing tips, and more.

This Wine 101 class will be held at the School Friday December 15th, 2023  6:30 – 8:00 PM 

The Charm City Wine School is now offering Wine 101 Classes that spans the vino globe. These fun & informative classes feature 3 to 4 wines featuring New World and Old-World Wines. Classes are $35 per person and you will enjoy & experience wines from the most important wine regions.  Each class is 1½ hour in duration and light hors d’oeuvres are served along with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to get things started.
