Wine 101 – Wine Down Wednesdays: Pick a Chard, Any Chard
The Chardonnay grape variety produces some of the world’s most popular white wines. Chardonnay is a very malleable grape and is made in styles that range from rich and oaky to crisp, mouthwatering, and mineral.
In this class, we will taste Chardonnays from California, France, Australia, and Argentina. We will also explore some of our favorite summer favorite food pairings.
